  • I have the right to accept or refuse commission.

  • Personal use only. Please DM discuss me for commercial work.

  • I might charge extra fee for NSFW (gore, R18+) Commission, please discuss with me.

  • I do not accept Deadlines at the moment. My average time to finish 1 commission is around 1 week.

  • I will not Refund any payment made if the client went MIA or Back out.

  • You can provide me with as many reference as you can give (char info, pose, etc). Otherwise, i will improvise.

  • You can request 1 Major Revision on Sketching Phase and 3 Minor Revision on Sketching or Colouring Phase. Any additional Revisions will be charged according to the difficulty.

  • I will work on canvas with pixel range of 3000-6000 pixels with 300 dpi, you can request within that range.

  • Finished piece (PNG and JPEG file) will be sent via mail.

  • As the Artist, i hold the rights to post the commissioned pieces for Portfolio, unless the client specificaly requested for their order to be made private.

  • As the Commissioner, you hold the rights to Publish / Upload your commissioned pieces from me to any websites.

  • Credit is not needed but it is very much appreciated.

  • You do not hold the rights to use your non-commercial commissioned art as commercial object.

HOW TO ORDER &
PAYMENT METHODE

  • You can simply DM my Instagram @haloyudith or my Discord Kuma#8965 to order a Commission.

  • Once i confirm your Commission Request (i only open 1 slot per week at the moment), i will start drawing.

  • After i finish the Sketch Phase, you need to pay at least 50% of Full Price. The rest will be charged after i've finished doing Base Colouring.

  • Local Payment can be done through Bank Transfer (BCA), Gopay, Shopee pay. International Payment can be done through Paypal.`

  • BY ORDERING MY COMMISSION, YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE COMMISSION RULE AGREEMENT STATED IN THIS SECTION
